Food 2018



Raul Roman was our chef during the event. Proprietor of L’hortet vegetarian restaurant in Barcelona since 2011, he did woo us with delectable vegan recipes from the restaurant, with a special emphasis on organic products.

We offerered the option to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue starting Thursday evening and ending with breakfast on Monday morning
All meals were organic, vegan and gluten free except breakfast where we found gluten free options.
