Raul Roman will be our chef during the event. Proprietor of L’Hortet vegetarian restaurant in Barcelona since 2011, he will woo us with delectable vegan recipes from the restaurant, with a special emphasis on organic products.
We are offering the option to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at La Solana de Riambau starting Thursday evening and ending with breakfast on Monday morning.
BREAKFAST: Fruits, cereals, breads, tea and coffee, €6
LUNCH/DINNER: three courses plus tea/coffee, €12
All meals are organic, vegan and gluten free except breakfast where there are gluten free options. Please inform us if you require a gluten free breakfast..
+ The venue is very secluded. It will be time consuming to leave during the two hour lunch break to buy food or go to restaurants. To enable you to have maximum enjoyment of the festival and the facilities we recommend choosing the onsite catering.
+ Only a limited number of plates will be available at each meal without prebooking so to be sure you get a meal please, please book catering in advance.
+ Last date for securing your catering options is 20th May. You will not be able to select any food options after this date.
